Thank you for interest in creating a Community Initiative!

Community Initiatives are philanthropic programs created by community leaders who wish to encourage others to support Viper Nation Education Foundation. Our first Community Initiative was established by Dr. Chris Stansbury. He celebrated every new Viper Nation patient by giving them the option to have $100 donated in their name, to the Foundation. Through his generosity, Dr. Stansbury has donated thousands of dollars to Viper Nation Education Foundation, in support of his patients' academics. Please complete the below form to establish your Community Initiative. In the Note section, please tell us more about your ideas to encourage the community to support the Foundation.
